Google promoted its products and display high resolution images in search due to which users reduce to visit original content websites hence Getty images filed a law complaint against google in April 2016. therefore Google and Getty images stated they are connect with this agreement.
CEO of Getty Images Dawn Airey, also spoke about this agreement they said Getty Images license market leafing content to google and works together to improve attribution and thereby growing ecosystem. With this achievement both the companies should move forward and became strong partner to give creative and editorial content online.
The Engineering director of google Cathy Edwards said they are exited to sign this agreement and very soon they are using their images across many of product and in image search.
